We went to the cafe, Kagizen-Yoshifusa, but unfortunately there was a queue, so we decided to go to Gion Tokuya on Hanamikoji Street.
However, there was a long queue at Gion Tokuya as well, so we ended up visiting the main branch of Tsujiri.

There I was attracted by the beautiful seasonal parfait called "Haru Urara", so we ordered it.

"Haru Urara."

A parfait that seems to have gently scooped up the essence of spring.
The clear glass is filled with layers of color.
The matcha green, the soft white, and the pink of the shiratama balls blend together like a spring breeze.
The fresh, vibrant strawberries and the soft cake look the contrast new spring sprouts and the gentle ground that nurture them.
The cherry blossom petals look lovely as if they had fallen from the spring breeze.
With each bite, the soft sweetness seems to announce the arrival of a new season.
The beautiful yet gentle appearance somehow seems to represent the essence of spring in Japan.
Outside the window, the warm breeze brings a gentle feeling.
"Spring is coming soon," and I bring the spoon, colored in spring to my mouth.
