February 5, 2025 : Tiny Discoveries in the City

As I opened the door and stepped outside the house, I saw the snow gently falling.
The surroundings were wrapped in silence, and the white tiny snowflakes looked as if they had casted a spell over the world.
As I was walking on the street, I noticed that every leaf of the trees were covered by delicate white crystals.
They look like small artworks crafted by nature, and they light a gentle warmth within my heart, even in this freezing cold.
In this season, strangely, I sense something special brilliance is coming from tiny things usually I don't pay attention to.
Probably, the more the town is filled with unexpected beauty, the more small discoveries enrich my mind.
The mere cup of caramel macchiato after work warmed my body, through my palms, and its warmth and sweetness looked like embracing not only my chilled body but also my mind, so gently.
On days like today, I only wanna return home quietly and spend a relaxing time under the warm lights.
The more I feel the coldness outside, the more I feel the value of the warmth and comfort felt inside my home.
Today, I came to realize that, winter is a season which tells us these small joys.
