September 30, 2022 : Even if It Doesn’t Take Your Life, It Can Take Your Precious Time

When I first met him, I was shocked because he had severe wheezing.
I asked him, "Did you run in a hurry?" "No," he replied, "I just walked here."
Soon I realized that he didn't have asthma. He had been facing this breathing difficulty for months after COVID-19.
Breathing difficulty is part of long COVID, and he had to stop working for months because of this symptom.
Today I really realized how scary long COVID is.
I'd say, COVID-19 is more than just infection mortality or crude mortality.
Even if it doesn’t take your life, it can take your precious time.
