November 8, 2021 : Smoking Is Scary

I am responsible for home visits to more than 200 patients, and today I visited 16 patients.
Among them is a man who is receiving home oxygen therapy for pulmonary emphysema.
He said the flow rate of 0.75 liters per minute is usually fine, but when he moves to a table about 3 meters in front of him,
his SpO2 drops to less than 90% and he feels suffocated unless he increases the flow rate to 4 liters per minute.
Everyone has to know : "Smoking is scary."
