Estimates the probability of good functional outcome and death after acute ischemic stroke from age, admission stroke severity, and three chronic vascular conditions; this is the original ADDITIVE THRIVE (0–9 points), NOT the logistic THRIVE-c, and it is a prognostic estimate, not a treatment-eligibility rule or a substitute for clinical judgment.
