RACE Scale

Prehospital/ED screen estimating the likelihood of a large vessel occlusion (LVO) in a patient with acute stroke symptoms, to help triage toward a thrombectomy-capable centre; a screening aid only - it does not diagnose stroke and does not replace vascular imaging.
