Classifies a patient undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention as high bleeding risk by the 2019 ARC consensus criteria to guide antiplatelet and DAPT-duration decisions; a criteria count, not a weighted score — pick one tier per domain.

MAJOR: Anticipated long-term oral anticoagulation after PCI

MAJOR: Severe or end-stage CKD (eGFR < 30 mL/min)

MAJOR: Baseline hemoglobin < 11 g/dL (both sexes)

MAJOR: Spontaneous bleeding needing hospitalization/transfusion in past 6 mo, or recurrent

MAJOR: Moderate/severe baseline thrombocytopenia (platelets < 100 x10^9/L)

MAJOR: Chronic bleeding diathesis

MAJOR: Liver cirrhosis with portal hypertension

MAJOR: Active malignancy within 12 mo (excl. non-melanoma skin cancer)

MAJOR: Previous spontaneous intracranial hemorrhage (any time)

MAJOR: Previous traumatic intracranial hemorrhage within 12 mo
